The 'Strategic Projects' subsidy has achieved a great deal over the past 10 years. In more than 50 completed and 30 ongoing projects, knowledge has been built up, experiments with various process approaches have been carried out, and there has been cooperation and implementation.

The strategic projects are complex, area-specific and sometimes difficult to compare. Yet there are many lessons to be learned across projects.

Endeavour therefore organised a learning moment to evaluate the tenth anniversary of this call, as commissioned by the Environment Department.

In preparation, Endeavour conducted interviews with the coordinators of 6 cases in search of insights, thresholds, challenges, ... always validated with the staff of the Department of Environment.

The result of this learning moment is not only the mutual exchange between coordinators, but also a long list of suggestions for optimising the project call in the future.
